I have looked through many posts on the icv that sits on top of the valve cover and did the cleaning and checking it with putting it in the frig. and oven:).
So my question is:
How much should the valve open and close???
Mine opens about half way and closes about 3/4ths of the way after cleaning.
It looks pretty clean, but the idle(cold) was about 3-500 and then when it warms up about 950rpms before cleaning.
Of course, at 300 it does not want to stay running. So while I am waiting to take the car back to the frame shop, thought I would work on the idle.
Any ideas would be great:)

Just for ref:
After cleaning the ground near the icv and cleaning the icv the idle went up to about 850-950. Idle's from start, so I would say it runs better....
