As I drive the car and iron out some bugs, I want to share a thought for the next guy.
Polyurethane bushings in the suspension need to be greased!
I installed AKG trailing arm eccentric bushings and Dinan sway bars, all with polyurethane bushings. I did not grease them and my car squeaked like an old junker....not cool.

Damn it Greg, think of all the head aches you could have saved me...crawling under my car wrestling the trailing arms and a handful of grease.
Just kidding. My car is great and so fun to drive, but there are a few things that just go to show that this is the first time that I have done this level of work.

On the front sway bar polyurethane bushings I used silicon grease.
But when the AKG trailing arm bushings starting squawking, I contacted AKG. They informed me that I should use a wheel bearing grease. When I asked about the silicon grease, they insisted that it be oil based.
My suspension is smooth and quiet. Now to fix the silly rake
