Thanks,
realOEM.com worked for me this time. I tried that site many months ago and it was down and i forgot about it after that. Glad to see its up because it is very useful. I found the part #s i was missing and ordered everything.

Using realoem, the diagrams, and your photos I think i have a good idea of whats down there and what i need to do. Those hoses are so hidden i didn't even know there were that many down there.

My car is sitting in a parking lot in a town about 140 miles from my house. I told the store owner i would be back in a few days to fix/move my car and he said that would be fine. Most of the hoses are on back-order so I'm not sure the hose i need will arrive on time.

Question: if i need to drive my car 140 miles with a cracked coolant pipe what tricks have you guys used that work well? I am thinking of bringing extra clamps, duct-tape, and maybe some soft rubber strips to tie down a cracked area. Can i just plug the outlet, to and from, the throttlebody? I'm not too familiar with this system but i think it works with the aux air at start-up, so i could just use my foot to keep it going while warming; and after that it should be fine. Any ideas help, thanks.

A friendly passer-by said i could try driving it with the overflow tank cap off. But with the leak it would have no coolant left within 2-3 minutes and I'm not putting 140 miles on my car with no coolant.

I bet you could rig the system to get you home. I would not want to take the intake off roadside.

The throttle body coolant run could be bypassed.

Shoup, Buy 3' lengths of various ID coolant hose from the local parts store and take them all with you just in case, also some hose clamps. I carry hoses on every long trip.

The running problem at idle on Blaise's car sounds very similar to my idle problem. Blaise thanks for that info about the EGR valve I will check this out.... mine has had this problem since purchase.
