Cylinder heads

I pulled a m30b35 engine from a p n p. The head needs some work. For one, the rocker arms all have flat spots. If I could replace everything I would. But, my questions is what is the biggest bang for the buck? Followed by if you need new rocker arms then you need a new camshaft and if you spend money on a camshaft then you want etc.. etc.. So is there a general rule about rebuilding cylinder heads?

The rule is people who like to throw money around replace everything. Others like me examine every part and reuse the good ones, only replacing what is necessary. I've always installed used rocker arms, that's why I've got 40 or something in the garage, LOL.

For you, sure. I have moved further north though, I'm in Cloverdale now, so that might complicate a pick up, or be a good excuse for a drive, LOL. :D
