How much compression could I run?

This is one for those who don't drive on the street.

How much compression do you think I could run in my track engine? It's an M10 4 cyl from a '77 320, running on 98 octane premium. It only runs on the track and only for 15 minute sessions.

I'm thinking 12.5:1

Any ideas, opinions or experience?
