Does anyone out there know the procedure to taking it all off? it looks pretty straight forward to me just pull it off and cap the holes, but im wondering if its going to change anything like the idle or what not, any info would be much apreciated, thanks,

Start with the latter half of the FAQ. All the parts involved are fairly
well documented.

It kind of depends on how far you want to go. Completely would require changing out the thermo reactors and putting on exhaust manifolds and installing matching downpipes as the original ones aren't a bolt up. Short of that you can take off the air pump, and it's plumbing, making sure to plug up the hole in the pipe feeding the reactors, removing the EGR and it's plumbing and plugging the hole for the EGR valve in the intake manifold. And pull the hoses for the red white and blue (or is it black) vacuum switching valves, and plug anything going to the intake manifold. There was a lot to it originally, and it worked effectively in reducing emissions, at least until the head cracked and or it overheated.
