Do the valves still get set at .25 with an 85 M30 cylinder head installed on a 530i?

Later M30s were set at .012"-.014" instead of .010"-.012" I don't know why they changed the spec, but either will work fine, just make sure they're all the same or close. Pick any number within the range, but stick to it.
