Lines and hoses

I'm new to the forums and I have been searching around the internet for some time now trying to find diagrams and layouts of what goes where, I have a few lines that are badly cracked and brittle and fall apart on contact. Some hoses do have part numbers on them and others don't . So I'm hoping you guys can help me out with where all the coolant, throttle body, and crankcase hoses go. Ill take photos and post them of what I need to figure out the part number. But in the mean time I could use some pictures of where everything goes. Thanks. The car is a 78 530I 4speed.
