e28 front suspesion into e12

Has anyone done this on here or know of any info on this conversion? I have all of the. parts and am going to make it happen with a rack and pinion
I have not heard of anyone doing it, just the rear. I suspect the subframe will bolt up, but you'll have to fab UCA, stiffener and sway bar mounts. Unless you really need the bigger brakes that will bolt on, the shimmy prone E28 front end isn't worth it IMO.
Actually come to think of it there is a sort of. A Bav with E28 front suspension and an M3 engine. More like a race car, but might be just what you have in mind.
