Well, I am about to under take switching out the evaporator. I ordered a new expansion valve since I will be right there anyways.

Question is, how much of the dash has to be removed to do this process?

Already looked through the Google search to no avail.

You need to remove the console, but not the dash. Maybe heater controls, but it's been a while since I've done it. But definitely not the dash.
