Hello, i need to identify some wires to connect to my m20 wiring harness. These are the wires i need color code for:
Start wire from ignition switch
Start/run wire from ignition switch
From alternator to charge indicator light
Fuel pump wire
Water temp sensor to gage
my car is a 75 530i. Thanks in advance you guys!

You made me work on this one. I believe it is
Start=Black Yellow, which may start out as just plain black
Run=Green
Alternator=Blue
Fuel Pump=Gn/Vio
Temp=Br/Wt

Hahahaha sorry about that. But, yeah, i got them tracked on my m20 harness but i cant find any wiring on my e12. :/ . My ignition switch shows thick red, green, black and a violet one, but i dont know the exact order they run. If i want to track the fuel pump wire in the engine bay, i should be able to find it coming out of the fuse box right? Thanks a lot man!
