PLEASE HELP ME!!!

i have a 1981 BMW e12 528i with an electric sun roof. I recently took it apart to put a new headliner in. this was a huge no no. I don't know how to reassemble some of the parts. If some one can please send me a picture of their sun roof with it dislodged or with it slid all the way back i will have something to go off of and hopefully will be able to get out of this dreadful dilemma. MY main concern is part 22 from REALOEM http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do ... g=54&fg=05 in this blow out, the guide plate is attached under the pilot. but mine doesn't want to comply. please just a a quick pic of your beloved should do me just fine.

If you want great photos you're supposed to take them yourself with a lovely digital camera,...while you are taking things apart.

The next time I don't either, you can bite my butt in return.

These are better photos. If we're lucky the sunroofs on both cars use the same mechanics.

Otherwise my solution has been to have two E12's and one E24, '79 to '81. Very excellent for going to one that's assembled,...and cheating.

thank you mr. hanson. I fixed the problem, but i will be taking it to auto analysts so the can help me with it further. and yes ill definitely be taking photos before I dismantle something again.
