Wiring for Turn Signals

My battery died on me yesterday. Nothing out of the ordinary, it has 2006 stamped on it. The weird thing is that, with the new battery, the flash relay bulb in the dash now works as it should.

I too have the "one flash in the dash" issue

(Sometimes with occassional flickers)

... But signals outside seem to work fine!
