Throttle Body/mass air flow set up..

Does anyone have a good starting point to st up the throttle body idle screw and mass air flow sensor? Thank you.

Just like with a carb, all the way in then 3 turns out. AFM I like to adjust to lean it out to where it starts running off a bit, then back off just a little. TB is idle speed, time and adjust accordingly.
