Parking and turn signal functions with euro bumbers

Hello All,

Just ordered euro bumper parts for my 79 528i. I understand that in a true euro car the headlights contain the parking or running lights and that the lights in the bumper are just turn signals.

I can't bear to disturb the original paint on the car and will keep the US side markers for now.

I'm interested to hear how others have configured the lighting on their converted cars.

from POV, i disconnected the us dot blinkers and spliced the wires and fed it through the underside of the euro bumper.
