Im losing power at 3500 rpm. the rpm will crawl up to 5500 but with no real power. Is the "cat" plugged? Everything else checks out ok..
Hard to say, but it could be. A quick diagnosis is to pull the O2 sensor out and take it for a quick drive that way. It'll be noisy as hell, but will relieve pressure if that's the problem. If it runs much better, that's probably your problem, no significant difference, well keep looking.
