Post by kieran E12/8 »

First fivers

action has taken place!! 2 front x 4 piston calipers,2 rear x 2 piston calipers, 2 brake boosters , 1 clutch slave cylinder, 1 clutch master cylinder and 6 stainless braided brake lines came back from being re built today!!! to the aussies out there, $1300.00. which i think is a bloody good price. Now my question is, is there a bleeding procedure i should follow??

any help would be great...

assuming the master is bled, Right rear, left rear.
Then Right front and left front..
There is an order to the fronts but I don't have a manual with me.

Bleeding sequence for the 4 piston front calipers with three bleed screws.

1 - top outer
2 - center inner
3 - bottom outer

Bleed the caliper closest to the master last, I think that is reversed for RHD vehicles.
