Seat Belt Buzzer or Door Buzzer...won't go off.

I have searched for about 2 hours and can't find specifics on my problem. Out of the blue while driving yesterday my buzzer came off and wouldn't go off. I yanked out trusty fuse and of course it is off, but what is the cause?

It won't stop when I push in the button inside door, won't stop with seat belt in...

what could it be?

I can't help it. Your saying your buzzer came off,...I'm still laughing.

Seriously, when mine came off I found it very liberating.

I am so fond of those devices I've been known to buy a non running car and disable the buzzer before I get the car running.

But onto yours. There are two wires coming out of the ignition which could be part of it, and or the door switch, and or the seat switch I think is also involved.

I hate those damned nanny devices.

Agreed, I think the only acceptable one is a headlight warning buzzer when the ignition is off .. something I miss from my last car. I wonder if any E12's came with those?

Ok I feel like an idiot guys...when I put #8 fuse back in the buzzer - whichever it is - won't go off. Can't push button in or connect seat belt NADA!

Why would this all of a sudden occur? I miss my interior lights and clock.
