Replacement colored vaccum hoses

Post by Scott Bunn »

An Alfa friend showed me this website and I wanted to pass it on. It was cool to discover L-jet other places. http://www.hiperformancestore.com/

Very interesting. I snootched the photo to reference which lines are vacuum, etc. for future use.

I found it useful for the tips on checking the L-jet from another angle. I gave my co-worker crap for owning the Alfa in the first place. But hey- I really got no excuse myself.

Electric, but not manual. BMW used the same type on E21's and 80-81 6 cylinder L Jet cars. It's got a little heater inside for a warm up mode.

no, in the article, he mentions a cable operated AAV, like a knob you'd pull out for cold start and then push in as the car warms up. sorta like a choke on a carb.
