Test fitting the 2.8 Turbo into the E-12 last night. The b34/35 intake didn't interfer with the brake booster. This is on a 1980 body. Might be different on older bodies like I have seen posted. The intake is from a 3.5L 1995 7 series. It bolted right up to my '79 casting. All I had to do was trim the intake gaskets with a dremel. Followed the FAQ on throttle linkage on the site. Lots of other info. Will update the conversion FAQ with Ljet to Motronic information. Lots of stuff to add.
If you want to see the car running, meet me at O'Fest!!!!
Todd's kit with innercooler and 3 inch exhaust. Aiming for 250-300hp at the wheels. From other dyno tests with this setup, this should be reachable.
Re-enforced the diff with factory fix. Also used old engine mount for second tranny mount. It's in a pulling position so it didn't need to be anything expensive. Everything else is urethane.
More on the project later in the week when the car goes back together... I hope.

you might also consider a backup plate on top of the trunk floor with thru bolts from that plate through the diff carrier reinforcement. That way the diff will pull against the trunk floor instead of the diff mount when torque twists it downward. Did some of my fix get into the FAQ?
