You can buy most of the weatherstrips new from BMW's.

Weatherstripping
Thank you but it looks like the one that I am looking for is discontiued. 
Which one are you looking for, the one that seals the glass at the bottom of the window or the window chanel that the window runs up and down in? About a year and a half ago I got the seals at the bottom from Pelican parts, not too expensive, I think the window channel is still available and there's a lower cost kludge in the FAQ on it too.
