I removed the bottom bolt but cant find a tool to get on the top bolt due to it's location. Do I need a special tool?
Thanks

e12 the problem is access on the top one, which I think is a nut on a stud, but it's still a pain.
I finally took the proper size box wrench out of the boot tool kit, sawed off the handle to fit in the space. Tapped it with a hammer from the side to loosen. Then I sawed a notch on the far side and used a rope to pull it tight.
Bought a new wrench for the kit, saved my custom one. I'm not ashamed and don't write in what I could've, should've done. It was a hot day, the starter took a dump and I chose installing the new one to tool shopping.
