HELP ME!

Post by neetyrom »

I'm sort of a newbie so bare with me on this one. I put in new rotors and brake pads, new inner and outer tie rods, and a center link. rides like a train on tracks everywhere except for when i abruptly stop. When i slam on the brakes the car has a mind of its own and shifts lanes by itself and handling is well below subpar during these situations. what could be causing this problem?? do i need to bleed the brake fluid due to the pressure in the lines and the master cylinder? is it a weak suspension/ shocks/struts that are causing this? am i just weak? please help, any feedback is appreciated.
Thanks

Alignment's got nothing to do with it if it tracks well when in motion.

It could be bad shocks or bushings in the front suspension. Or it could be a stuck caliper piston. Only poking around will tell.
