When I pull out the dash knob one notch the low beams do not come on. When I pull out the knob two notches I get the two outer high beams.
When I flip the high dip switch the two inner low beams come on as well as the high beams.
What's happening here? Electronics not my strong point

When you pull the knob one stop, the turn signals on the fenders should light up. Two stops and the low beams come on. Use the stalk and you can turn on the high beams which should switch the filament in the low beams and turn on the inner high beams.
I had disconnected the the fender turn signals when I installed the Euro bumpers and hooked up the euro bumper turn signals which work, but the flasher on the dash is out but I can hear the ticking when a signal is on. When I pull the knob out to the second notch I get the outer high beams. When I flip the dip switch I get the outer two beams and one inner low beam?.....one of the outer high beams is super bright. Definetly a short somewhere I'll have to track down. The two inner headlights are the low beams correct?

The euro turn signals only have a single filament bulb while the U.S. Ones have a dual filament bulb. Low beams don't have the city lights (4w bulb that would come on at the first stop) like the Euro ones do.
